Jivana Detox Tea – Easy 3 Cup Prep
Scoop 3 level tablespoons of Jivana Detox Tea into a pot & add 3 cups of filtered or spring water.
Bring to a boil then turn down heat and simmer lightly for 10 minutes. Turn off heat & cover.
Let it sit for a few minutes (or longer). Strain and drink.
Stores in the fridge for up to 3 days. Re-heat as needed or drink cold.
Adjust the strength & power by using more or less herbs.
Detoxification: Drink 1 cup 2-3 times daily
Maintenance: 1 cup daily
Mouthwash: Hold & swish a mouthful for 1-2 minutes to alkalize & pull toxins from mouth, throat, teeth, gums, tongue, etc. Repeat.
Douche: 1 cup, 1 to 2 times a day (for cysts, fibroids, infections, swelling, a-typical cells, etc). Some prefer a stronger tea for this.
Implant (Enema): 1 cup, 1-2 times per day.
Poultice: Wet the herbs with a little warm water and put directly on itches, rashes, boils, lesions, cysts, inflamed areas, etc.
Other Uses: Use as a face wash, skin scrub, scalp treatment, or add to your bath to help pull toxins out of the skin for deeper detox.
Dry Herbs: Add 1 teaspoon of dry herbs to juice: Targets the GI Tract and related organs and it’s easier than taking capsules. Grinding them briefly in a coffee grinder will increase potency.
Note: These powerful herbs will stir up toxins which may temporarily cause headaches, body aches, diarrhea, swollen lymph nodes, pimples, and more. This is a sign that toxins are leaving the body. This usually lasts just a few days or a week. As you uncover toxins/acids things could get worse before you see improvement. Relax! Drinking less JIVANA Detox Tea and eating more salads slows down a detox. Always start with less tea, increase slowly, and monitor your own personal response.

Customize Your Detox with Jivana Boosts
Add 1 tablespoon of each Boost to 3 tablespoons of Jivana Detox Tea (or Kidney Tea) herbs. Brew as instructed. Makes 3 cups.
Tip: You can make a Tea from any Boost by adding 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup of water and brew.

For best results do not eat mucus forming foods like dairy, grains, and meat. A diet of at least 80% fruit is recommended while detoxing. Fresh and ripe fruit (especially the juice) dissolves mucus, alkalizes the body, cleanses the kidneys, and moves lymph fluids. Health is energy and fruit is as close to pure energy as a food can get. Remember, the body is the healer and energy is at the core of all healing. Fresh vegetable juices and salads can round out your diet. Always eat organic if possible. Clean your fruits and vegetables with a veggie wash. To assist you in moving lymph do some light exercise like walking and rebounding, take a sauna, or an alternate hot/cold shower, or get a massage. Easy Tincture Making
Empty a Jivana Boost packet into a 16 oz mason jar. Pour in 9 oz of Vodka. Screw on the lid and shake for 3-5 minutes.
Shake daily for 2-4 weeks. Strain and consume. Store in a cool dark place. Makes $100 of herbal tinctures for under $14.
Teas or Tinctures? Both Have Their Advantages
Both teas and tinctures are absorbed well by the body. Teas only last 3 days is the fridge while tinctures
can last a year or longer. Tinctures are more portable than teas but can take a month to prepare. It’s your choice.
