The bowels are an important channel for the elimination of toxic waste, and healthy ones move 2-3 times a day. They are free of pockets (diverticulitis), “mucoid plaque,” polyps, ulcers, etc. Healthy bowel tissues are not swollen and absorb nutrients easily, thus avoiding malabsorption issues. Lymphatic stagnation in the bowel tissues leads to acidosis which can destroy bowel tissues. Most “civilized” peoples bowels are in terrible shape and need to be detoxed routinely.
